Missionlabs Corporation hereby grants you a non-exclusive single use license to use this content only for the single event and specific purpose it is delivered to you and for the specific number of swimmers expressed in the commercial agreement, and as printed in the workout page. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works or training programs, from the information you are going to obtain for any other use as permitted by your single use license, without expressly being authorized to do so by the Missionlabs Corporation as expressly permitted by law. You agree not to disassemble, reformat, or permit any third party to do so the information provided to you under this agreement.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to immediately notify Missionlabs Corporation of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security known to you.

This Agreement represents the complete agreement concerning this license between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between them. It may be amended only by a writing executed by both parties.

YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT, TERMINATE THE DOWNLOAD PROCESS.
